My Other Life

I do miss you Winter. See you in January... Until then, please be nice to my friends and my cute little dog. Today I wore short sleeves and summer shoes. All of my scarfs, sweaters and boots are just begging for me to get back to you.

Yoga in the Park

I love Sundays around here. Laying in the park feeling exhausted, my mind began to wander. It wandered back four years ago when the sun was not shining so bright. Then I looked up and saw the American flag flying above me. Yoga in the park, the American flag flying overhead and Saks peaking through behind the flag. I love where I am.

This was OUR wedding and it felt right, 30 foot orange carpet and all. The inspiration you ask? our FLAT and our LIFE.

The Bridesmaids

Three blonds and one brunette. One missing and four with smiles on their faces and in their hearts. One with child, two with husbands and all with decades of friendship in our past.

These are the girls who signed my yearbooks, whipped my tears when I cried over boys and loved me as if I were part of their families. On this day, my wedding day, what a wonderful way to spend it; with the girls of my past. Girls who have grown-up into beautiful women who I am so lucky to have in my life. As I move onto a new chapter, I know you will all have starring roles. To the future, remembering the past, and loving the story.
